Not only that food is essential for our life and body, a good food gives us many benefits, pleasure, enjoyment, satisfaction and so on. Imagine you stay a night without meal just for not knowing where to find food. That is a poor thing. Or it could also be by reason of the dislike of the continental foods. That is a lack of knowledge where to find your convenient fast food stores. Before I never thought of the difficulty to cope with foreign foods, but when I had experienced living in another country, I came to realize that adjusting with foods one of the major things a foreigner encounter in another country.
